Refund Policy

2.Please scan your exam report to us through mail: [email protected]. And please make sure your name of the order and the name of the exam report should be the same. By the way, please share the exam report in one week.
3.You need to take your exam in a proper period, not more than 1 month. This will make sure that you can meet the right questions to answer the exam smoothly. Otherwise, the refund will not be process smoothly.
4.If you purchase two exams or more in one order from QuestionsTube, and if you fail one of them, we will only refund the payment fee of the failed test. Not all.
5.Please do not share your file(s) with others. If your friends or others fail the exam with the product you purchase, we will NOT give you refund. Hope you can understand.
6.The refund policy of QuestionsTube is not applicable to some special vendors, including Microsoft, Salesforce, Huawei, DELL EMC, and VMware, because these vendors change or update their exams frequently. We will try our best to get the updated version for you, you can choose to get the update or change another exam instead of waiting for the update.
7.The refund policy is not applicable to the Unlimited Access.
